Title: Fresh Blueberry Pie

4cBlueberries; fresh
3tbHoney; optional
1 1/2tbCornstarch
 pnSalt; optional
  Basic pie crust from recipe

In a nonstick saucepan, combine 2 cups of the berries with honey, cornstarch and salt. Simmer over low heat for ten minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries are soft and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in remaining raw blueberries. Allow to cool. Spoon into crust and chill thoroughly before serving.
